1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Besan Club ("we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Besan Club platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Besan Club platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We do not permit minors to register or use any feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a Besan Club employee or business partner where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You must be the registered holder of any payment account used to deposit or withdraw funds on the platform.
• You must not have had a previous Besan Club account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the Besan Club platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify us promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Besan Club support immediately. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Besan Club reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on Besan Club are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no hidden conversion fee applied to your balance. The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the time of day. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction in the deposit section of your account.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are for use on the Besan Club platform only. They are not held in a segregated trust account and do not accrue interest.
• Besan Club does not accept deposits made with funds that are proceeds of illegal activity.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their original source.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is standard practice and is not specific to any individual player. Verification may include submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of the payment account you are using.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method selected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met.
• Besan Club reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Besan Club may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used before the expiry date. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Besan Club reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If we determine that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets across accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — we reserve the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Besan Club platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. General betting rules applicable across the platform are set out below.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit option for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical error, network failure, or software malfunction during a game or live match, Besan Club reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Besan Club platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting a technical glitch, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to any illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform in a way that is intended to harm, disrupt, or interfere with the experience of other users or the operation of the platform itself.

Besan Club monitors accounts and activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, we reserve the right to take immediate action including suspension, permanent ban, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.

9 Responsible Gaming

• In all cases, our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
