Account & Registration

Head to the Register page and fill in your details — mobile number, email address, and a password of your choice. The process takes under two minutes. Once you are done, you will be able to log in straight away and access your PKR wallet, the Game Lobby, and the sportsbook. You must be 18 or older to register.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on Besan Club. Creating duplicate accounts goes against the platform's Terms and Conditions and can result in both accounts being suspended. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the password recovery option on the Login page or contact support — there is no need to register again.

After registering, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the code when prompted to confirm your number and activate full account features. Deposits & Payments

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually completed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers can take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Fully verified accounts generally experience faster processing. If your withdrawal is still pending after the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete account verification, an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met, incorrect payment details entered, or a balance that falls below the minimum withdrawal threshold.
